• Flat rate tracked shipping: $10.00 AUD, Express post $14.99 AUD

International

• Complimentary tracked shipping on all orders $150+AUD
• Shipping rates for all other international orders are calculated at checkout

Please note Mini and Boo is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or duties applied by your local customs authority. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees within their country.

While we take great care packaging every order, Mini and Boo is not responsible for lost parcels once shipped. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering or change of circumstance.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at miniandbooau@gmail.com with your order number, photos and details of the issue.

Orders Purchased Directly From Mini & Boo

Approved faulty items must be returned to Mini & Boo. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee returned parcel delivery.

Orders Purchased From A Retailer

Please contact the retailer or stockist you purchased from directly regarding faulty items.

Sale & Seconds Items

Sale, clearance and seconds items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Seconds products may include minor marks, dents, colour variation or imperfections and are sold individually unless otherwise stated.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Mini & Boo due to incorrect address details, non collection or unpaid customs charges, a $20 AUD administration fee may apply.

Refunds provided for returned parcels will exclude original shipping costs and administration fees. Redelivery charges will apply if you choose to have your order resent.
