We offer FREE Standard International Shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
For international orders under $150 AUD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Mini & Boo cannot guarantee interception or redirection of the parcel.
Any costs associated with resending returned parcels may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your parcel appears delayed, please first check your tracking information. If you require assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate with the carrier.
