A few days after your order arrives, you'll get an email from Judge.me (our review partner) asking how you went.
Leave a review
Click the link in that email and leave your honest review. That's your entry, done.

How do I enter?
Place an order, then leave a review using the link in the email Judge.me sends you after your order arrives. Each review you leave through that email is one entry into that month's draw.
What do I win?
We refund your whole order: the products and the shipping you paid, back to the card or account you paid with. You keep everything you ordered.
Which products count?
Any product on our site, with no exclusions and no minimum spend. A single straw set counts just as much as a big bundle.
Does it have to be a good review?
No. Every honest review counts, from 1 star to 5. Your rating has nothing to do with the draw, and we never edit or hide reviews.
When is the draw, and how will I know if I won?
Entries close at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on the last day of each month. We draw one winner at random on the 1st of the next month and let them know by email. We also share the winner's first name here and in our emails.
Which month's draw am I in?
Reviews left during a month go into the draw on the 1st of the next month. For example, reviews left in October go into the 1 November draw.
Is there a catch?
No catch, and you don't need to do anything else. One winner each month, one refund. You can't swap the refund for anything else, and returned or cancelled orders can't win.
One winner is drawn at random each month. No purchase is too small. Reviews are never edited or chosen by us, and the result has nothing to do with your star rating.
